High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Obtain caller’s name and transfer the call to the person called upon. Direct caller to destination. Operate telephone console to receive incoming messages. Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents. Issue visitor’s pass when required. Answer inquiries. Collect and distribute mail and messages, if needed. Perform a variety of clerical and filing duties for Customer Service, Administration, and Accounting Departments. Handle all incoming faxes and distribute them via the Faxibility Software.
