Management Team

Britt Irwin, V.P. of Operations

Britt Irwin is the Vice-President of Operations for TSE. Britt joined TSE in 2017 and is responsible for all Operational functions within the various divisions of TSE. His responsibilities include manufacturing, quality, shipping/receiving, safety and facilities.

Britt brings 25 years of operational experience to TSE, including over 18 years in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industry. Britt’s background centers around creating and driving operational efficiencies within an organization. Britt received his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from NC State University and his MBA with a concentration in Operations Management from Georgia State University. Britt holds additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management. Britt has been married to his wife, Liliana, for 25 years and they have 2 sons.

Maury Pinto, Operations Manager, CASE Division

Maury is Operations Manager for TSE’s CASE Division. In this role, he leads our CASE Operations and Process Engineering Teams. The CASE Operations Team services our Specialty Chemical, Millathane, and Thanecure customers.

Maury started with TSE in 2018 and has nearly 20 years of operational leadership experience in high volume production, distribution, logistics, and fulfillment. Maury is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with experience managing projects and driving continuous improvement activities. He married his wonderful wife Kimberly in 2011 and together have two great kids, a son and daughter. Maury enjoys spending time with the family, days in the pool, cooking, and being the loudest parent on the sidelines.

Michael Phelan, Operations Manager, Engineered Polymers Division

Mike Phelan is our EPD Operations Manager. Mike spent fifteen (15) years working for Saint-Gobain's Healthcare Division in its Biopharmaceutical Group, where he developed products and services to meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical, biotech, consumer and OEM customers around the World.

Mike has an extensive background in compounding, extrusion, molding, over-molding, assembly and prototyping of silicones, thermoplastic elastomers, fluoropolymers and engineered plastics for healthcare applications.

Mike is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Don Grebby, Quality Manager, CASE Division

Don Grebby is the Quality Manager of our CASE Division. Don helps to ensure that our customer's orders for millions of pounds of material meet specifications, are packaged correctly, and get where they need to be, on time, every time. How many millions?  Over 150 Million pounds of it!  Don makes it look easy, performing his difficult job flawlessly, day in and day out. 

Don possesses the depth and breadth of training and experience that other toll manufacturers can only dream about. Don is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.  He holds a degree in industrial engineering and has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. He's been a QA Manager, a Manufacturing Engineer, a Plant Manager, and an Operations Manager.     

Don is an essential part of the entire TSE team, including our experienced Floor Supervisors and Chemical Operators, who all know that the customer comes first at TSE.    

Diana Erickson, Director of Purchasing

Diana Erickson is TSE Industries' Director of Purchasing. Diana joined TSE in October of 2015.

Diana has a B.A degree from the University of New Hampshire in English Literature and MBA from Plymouth State College. Diana has worked in various supply chain roles before coming to TSE, with a focus on Procurement for companies like Bostik, Inc. and most recently for Lindt Chocolate.

Diana brings extensive experience in the purchasing of goods and services and is a firm believer that Procurement should bring tremendous added value to an organization.

Dr. Curtis J. Reichel, Director of Technology

Curt Joined TSE in 2002 and is TSE's Director of Technology.      

Curt graduated with a B.A. degree in Chemistry from Thiel College in 1975 and obtained his PhD in 1979 from the University of South Carolina, concentrating in Organic Chemistry.  Following his graduation, he was employed at BASF Corporation for 23 years in various positions within their polyurethanes business group, ranging from R&D to Marketing and Sales.

Over the last 15 years at TSE, Curt has been an indispensable part of the Development Team, bringing polyurethane materials into new applications, as well as production, QC and, sales support. He holds over 30 U.S. patents.

Dr. Adam Anderson, Director of R & D

Adam joined TSE in 2016 and is our Director of Research and Development. He shares responsibility for TSE’s DAC lab, and also serves as the key technical resource for managing the transfer of our customers’ technologies and processes to TSE’s manufacturing facility.

Adam received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University in 2009. After graduating, he moved to Richmond, VA, where he joined Carpenter Company as Head of Basic Research. Later, he joined Altria as a Senior Scientist within Aerosol and Materials Science, where he was responsible for building Altria’s molecular spectroscopy, microscopy, and materials analysis capabilities. Adam brings a breadth of knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with many different analytical techniques to TSE.

Adam married his wonderful wife, Danette, in 2000, and they have four sons. He enjoys travelling, spending time with family, and playing golf and roller hockey.

Radmila Petrovich, EHS Director

Radmila Petrovich is TSE's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Director, a position of great importance and responsibility at TSE.  She has been with TSE for over 20 years. Radmila oversees TSE's compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, dealing with the "Alphabet Soup" of governmental agencies that track every chemical company.  

Radmila is a trained chemist and is intimately familiar with all aspects of production at TSE.  In addition to her many duties, Radmila takes the time to personally conduct the safety training of every new employee TSE hires, assuring that everyone has exactly the same essential training.
