High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must also have at least one year of recent MS Office experience; Outlook, Excel & Access. A background working with mechanical parts is required.

NOTE - This position requires applicants to successfully pass a pre-employment, as well as an annual pulmonary function test (PFT). This position may expose the employee to isocyanates which are chemicals known to be respiratory irritants and sensitizers. While TSE provides personal protective equipment (PPE) to its employees working around such chemicals, the most current and best available medical data indicate that individuals with pre-existing respiratory conditions including but not limited to asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and the like are at high risk or experiencing serious, and possibly fatal reactions to isocyanates, even at concentrations below the legally permissible exposure level (PEL). Therefore, due to this direct threat to their safety, TSE does not hire individuals with pre-existing respiratory conditions to work in this position. Employees in this position are required to wear a full face respirator and comply with TSE Respiratory Protection Program and Title 29 CFR 1910.134. Employees with facial hair or other conditions that would compromise the facepiece-to-face seal cannot work in this position. Examples of these conditions include beards or sideburns that interfere with the facepiece seal or valve function, certain dentures or dental conditions, facial deformities (e.g., scars, deep skin creases, prominent cheekbones), or the use of jewelry or headgear that projects under and interferes with the facepiece seal.
Must be able to learn the operation and use of Vantage computer program. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems required, preferable MP2. Use MP2 to manage and control work orders and inventory. Responsible for maintaining database, creating and closing work orders, maintaining parts inventory, issuing parts as needed for jobs, creating and closing purchase orders for maintenance supplies. Support and track projects. Assist maintenance mechanics if needed, with minor maintenance duties. Support maintenance safety and housekeeping programs.
