MILLATHANE® Millable Urethane Rubber

Millathane millable polyurethanes have similar properties to conventional/cast urethane, including excellent abrasion resistance and oil resistance, but they can be processed on rubber processing equipment such as mills and internal mixers. Compounds of Millathane millable urethanes are used in applications such as business machines, automotive parts, textiles and footwear.

UHMW PE Sheets (TSE-OK)

     UHMW PE (Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) and HMW plastic sheets are available fromTSE-OKULEN Americas L.L.C. (TSE-OK), our joint venture with Ottensteiner Kunststoff GmbH & Co. KG of Ahaus, Germany (OK).
Typical uses for UHMWPE sheets are liner systems and conveyor systems as well as machined components. Ask about our enhanced sheet grades, higher temperatures, heavy impact and better sliding abilities.

THANECURE® Rubber Additives

THANECURE® T9 Dimerized TDI Vulcanization Agent
Thanecure T9 is a non-hazardous, environmentally friendly isocyanate which is stable under normal storage conditions. Thanecure T9 can be used in aqueous dispersions, such as dips for the treatment of polyester fabric.

THANECURE® ZM
Thanecure ZM is an activator/accelerator for sulfur curable polyurethane rubber (Millathane® millable urethane).
