Toll Manufacturing of Specialty Chemicals
We take pride in our long-standing relationships with our customers who rely
on us for the
contract manufacturing of their specialty chemicals, polyurethane
adhesives, TPU’s and polyurethane coatings, year after year. On-time
manufacturing, delivery, quality and consistency are a given when your
toll manufacturing is done by TSE’s Specialty Chemicals Division. TSE’s Specialty Chemicals Division is
ISO 9001 Certified. We maintain rigorous QC standards on your products,
such as polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesives, pre-polymers and
elastomers. Our
Development & Analytical Center (DAC Lab) performs statistical process
and quality control (SPC & SQC) for all products, both in-process as
well as final product testing.
Styrene-Free Polyurethane Resins that Stick to Acrylic!
TSE-EcoSpray® is our styrene-free, two-part polyurethane resin that
reinforces aliphatic gel coats and monolithic acrylic sheet. TSE-EcoSpray®
sticks to acrylic! We developed TSE-EcoSpray® to chemically bond with
Lucite® Better Bond™ monolithic cast acrylic sheet as well as Lucite Xtra™
co-laminated sheet to create a virtually inseparable bond for spa backing
that’s styrene-free and user-friendly. TSE-EcoSpray® polyurethane resin
provides an environmentally preferred solution to the spa and tub industry
without sacrificing flexibility, adhesion, tensile strength or Tg. All TSE-EcoSpray®
resins are 100% solids and VOC-free. It eliminates the hazards that styrene
poses to your workers and the environment.
VOC-Free Polyurethane Resins for Filament Winding
TSE-EcoWind® polyurethane resins are the
Green solution to polyester and epoxy resins containing styrene.
TSE-EcoWind® serves the composite pressure vessel, tank and piping markets.
TSE-EcoWind® polyurethane resins are environmentally preferred products that
are 100% solids as well as VOC-free, with ultra low emissions that eliminate
the need for Title 5 permitting. TSE-EcoWind® can be applied to reinforce
thermoplastic substrates (i.e. polyethylene, ABS, etc.) or applied directly
to a release coated mandrel surface. Burst strength is dramatically
improved when using TSE-EcoWind®.
TSE-EcoSpray® and TSE-Ecowind® polyurethane resins can be custom tailored
to optimize the physical and mechanical properties for your specific
applications. TSE's polyurethane resins are formulated to replace standard
commercial styrene ester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins without sacrificing
properties. TSE-Eco-Spray® and TSE-EcoWind® are great for the environment, your
