TSE-EcoSpray® is a styrene-free, two-part polyurethane resin that reinforces aliphatic gel coats and monolithic acrylic sheet alike.  That’s right, TSE-EcoSpray® sticks to acrylic!  Working with industry giant, Lucite®, TSE developed EcoSpray to chemically bond with Lucite® Better Bond™ monolithic cast acrylic sheet as well as Lucite Xtra™ co-laminated sheet.  Together, TSE-EcoSpray® and Lucite Better Bond™ create a virtually inseparable bond for spa backing that’s styrene-free and user-friendly.  

TSE-EcoSpray® polyurethane resin provides an environmentally preferred solution to the spa and tub industry without sacrificing flexibility, adhesion, tensile strength or Tg.  All TSE-EcoSpray® resins are 100% solids and VOC-free.   TSE-EcoSpray® polyurethane resin can be custom tailored to optimize the physical and mechanical properties for your specific applications.
