TSE is rich in resources in rubber compound development. In addition to polymer and elastomer experts in the Rubber Products Section of our Engineered Polymers Division, we are able to tap into the talents and expertise of our PhD. polymer chemists and chemical engineers. We have a state of the art laboratory used in designing compounds for your applications and match or exceed the physical properties you require. With several rubber mixing mills ranging in size from 6” lab mills to 60” production mills on site, we can mix your material, test it, mold it and ship it to you or your customer for approval. In addition to on site development, we have partnerships with the largest custom rubber mixers in the world and have available their research and development resources.

Mold and Tool Building

The Rubber Products Section of our Engineered Polymers Division has its own fully equipped rubber mold manufacturing operation allowing for rapid prototyping and mold repairs. Using 3D modeling programs, our fully trained staff can assist in the design and layout of tooling and fixturing that enhances manufacturability and reduce costs.
 

Rapid Prototyping Molds and Parts

With our new 3D Rapid Prototyping Program, we can create physical models directly from digital data in hours instead of days thereby ensuring quick turnarounds back to your Engineering and Design teams for review and evaluation.
